Privacy

The publisher of the Organizational Zoo app respects your right to privacy and is committed to ensuring that we are open and transparent with you in relation to our management of your personal information. This privacy policy (the “Policy”) governs your use of the software application Org Zoo (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Andrew DuLaney Shaw. This Policy describes how we collect, hold and use your personal information.

Collection of personal information

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and subscribe to the Application. Subscription is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Application unless you subscribe.
When you subscribe to use the Application, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, password for your Apple iTunes account; (b) credit card /transaction-related information, such as when you make an In-App purchase.
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, (c) your mobile devices unique ID; (d) unique customer ID; (e) information you provide us when you contact us for support or feedback.

Use of personal information

We use your personal information to provide our services to you in the form of product support.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that personal information that is no longer needed or required to be held is securely deleted or destroyed.

Sharing of personal information (overseas)

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically shared with publisher of the Application and the owner of the Organizational Zoo to help improve the Application and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

  • as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
  • when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
  • with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Rights and choices

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application.
You can request access or correction of the personal information by contacting App Support on corroboree@outlook.com. Access to some information may be denied under applicable privacy laws. If we deny you access to your personal information or the correction of your personal information, we will provide you with reasons for our decision.

Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at corroboree@outlook.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

How to make a complaint

If you have any complaints about our privacy practices, including access and correction of personal information, please email corroboree@outlook.com with details of your complaint. We take complaints seriously and will respond shortly after the request is made.

Website

When you browse our website it may store cookies. We may collect certain information such as browser type, operating system, website visited immediately before coming to our site, etc. This information is used for statistical purposes to analyse how people use our site, so that we can improve our services.
Our site may have links to other websites not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for these sites or the consequences of you going on to those sites.
